ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: THE KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO ARE AS UNDER:-
- Teaching and Mentoring Post Graduate students and guiding junior faculties in their relevant discipline.
- Conducting research, publishing papers in academic journals and attending conferences.
- Developing curriculum and delivering course material.
- Reviewing methods and teaching materials and making recommendations for improvement.
- Exam Invigilation, paper setting and evaluation.
- Organize, participate and encourage participation of students in activities like seminars, conferences, annual fests, sports, academic extra-curricular activities, etc.
- Involve in accreditation process, inculcate the culture of research and development, guide research work, bring projects and consulting assignments.
